NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine is honoring Dr Lee Chuen Neng, a renowned heart surgeon who is internationally and nationally acclaimed for his medical teaching and mentorship, as well as his dedication to exploring new frontiers of medical discoveries, with a named professorship ( The CN Lee Professorship in Medical Sciences).
In a transformative gesture that promises to shape the future of medical science, NGC Foundation had donated an endowed gift of S$300,000 to support the named professorship.
With this endowment, NUS will be able to recruit world leaders in medical sciences to advance medical sciences.
